Right Side Up! is a support group for people who have been involved in high-demand groups, with a special emphasis on the International Churches of Christ (ICOC). The focus of this ministry is to help former members in their journey of recovery from any spiritual, emotional, and psychological abuse they may have experienced during their time in such groups.
Each Right Side Up! meeting is one hour in length and includes time for open discussion, as well as a prepared discussion topic. Participants can share as much or as little as they are comfortable with sharing.

Right Side Up! meets the first Sunday of every month at 1:30 p.m. in the Youth Room (305) of the Manhattan Church of Christ.
